Saraswathy Varatharajullu (she/her) is the Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary of Women of Colour Australia. She is a Singaporean who migrated to Australia in 2011, living on the sovereign land of the Wadawurrung people. Saraswathy is a principal lawyer and mediator who has worked in the employment space for over five years and cares about ensuring that individuals understand their labour rights. She is passionate about the rights of women and children, having volunteered in different roles for over 15 years, where she provides support in building strong and effective foundations for programs and organisations.
