Mona Fleming (she/her) is a volunteer at Women of Colour Australia. She resides on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation. She has extensive professional experience in marketing within various industries, such as start-ups, tech, and construction. Mona is also a network leader and head of marketing for Lean In Melbourne where, together with a team of volunteers, their mission is to help women achieve their ambitions and work to create gender equity, especially in the workplace. She is currently the digital marketing manager at Whispir and on its D&I Committee.
