Women of Colour are ready to lead. Too often, the systems around them aren’t built to back them. Our programs change that — building leadership capacity, confidence, and connection, while challenging the structures that hold talent back.

Our programs are grounded in lived experience and guided by our values — community, courage, compassion, collaboration, and commitment. Each program equips Women of Colour to lead with authenticity, influence, and purpose. Across flagship leadership programs, mentoring, masterclasses, and community events, we build the table rather than wait for a seat at it.

Leadership Pathways

Executive Leadership Program (ELP)

Our flagship, evidence-based program, launched in 2023 with the support of the Victorian Government. Each annual cohort brings together Women of Colour leaders from across sectors to build confidence, cultural safety, and collective power.

Our national group mentoring program for emerging Women of Colour leaders — fostering peer learning, professional growth, and mutual support. Relaunching in 2027 with a refreshed model and expanded reach.

WoC Leadership Essentials

Our entry point into leadership for early-career Women of Colour. Leadership Essentials builds the foundations — self-advocacy, clear communication, and navigating workplaces that weren’t built with you in mind — so you can lead with confidence from the start.

Group Coaching Program

Small-group coaching for Women of Colour growing their leadership alongside peers who get it. Facilitated sessions create space to work through real challenges, set goals, and back one another — development that’s personal and collective at once.

WoC Leadership Retreat

Time away to restore, reflect, and reconnect. The WoC Retreat gives Women of Colour leaders dedicated space to step back from the everyday, tend to their wellbeing, and return to their work renewed and resourced. Currently in development.

Where the community connects.

The Community Collective is our free national community — where Women of Colour connect across sectors and regions, contribute lived experience, and help catalyse change. It’s where the community gathers, from online conversations to International Women of Colour Day and our Anniversary Dinner. Built by community, for community, and open to every Woman of Colour across Australia.
