Board of Directors

Leading with integrity, vision, and accountability

The Board of Directors of Women of Colour Australia (WoCA) provides governance, strategic direction, and financial oversight — ensuring that the organisation remains values-aligned, community-led, and sustainable.

Our Directors bring together diverse expertise spanning governance, social impact, finance, communications, policy, and lived experience as Women of Colour leaders. They are responsible for stewarding WoCA’s mission: to build leadership pathways, influence systems, and create an Australia where Women of Colour are resourced, represented, and respected to lead.

Working in close partnership with Executive Director Brenda Gaddi, the Board provides guidance and accountability to ensure that WoCA’s programs, advocacy, and partnerships uphold the highest standards of equity, transparency, and cultural integrity.

Our Board ensures that WoCA’s vision for systemic change is not just imagined — but realised, with care and accountability.
