As a pracademic at the intersection of academia and industry, Dr Lalitha Kirsnan helps Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) women entrepreneurs build authentic brands that celebrate their cultural identities as business strengths. Her research focuses on the unique challenges CALD women business owners face in the Australian market, developing transformative approaches that integrate cultural heritage with business success.

As a Director for Women of Colour Australia, she is committed to creating more inclusive spaces in our business landscape. Through her Mindful Marketing mentoring, she guides CALD women-owned SMEs in developing strategies that honour their cultural narratives while driving meaningful growth.

When not teaching or researching, you’ll find her as an artisan chai blender at The Chai Loft—practising what she teaches by blending cultural authenticity with contemporary business. Lalitha currently resides in Darug land.
