Programs

Building Pathways. Shifting Systems. Leading Change.

At Women of Colour Australia (WoCA), our programs are designed by and for Women of Colour, grounded in lived experience and guided by our values of community, courage, compassion, collaboration, and commitment.

Each initiative builds leadership capacity, fosters confidence and connection, and challenges systemic inequities — creating lasting change across workplaces and communities.

Through our flagship leadership programs, mentoring initiatives, alumni networks, masterclasses, and community events, WoCA equips Women of Colour to lead with authenticity, influence, and purpose.

Our Leadership Pathways

Our flagship, evidence-based initiative launched in 2023 with the support of the Victorian Government. Each annual cohort brings together Women of Colour leaders from across sectors to cultivate confidence, cultural safety, and collective power.
