WoCA is proud to announce the development of innovative programs designed by Women of Colour for Women of Colour. In our ongoing efforts to elevate and centre First Nations women Women of Colour in our communities, societies, and workplaces, we are designing professional and personal development programs aimed at a broad range of women. Our hope and vision is a future where more WoC and First Nations women are supported to attain and thrive in leadership positions. We are working towards a world where Girls and Women of Colour are afforded equitable opportunities to reach their full potential.
The Executive Leadership Program [ELP] and Mentorship Program will inspire, support, and guide WoC, equipping them with the knowledge, insights, experience, and expertise necessary to excel in their professions. WoCA is excited to be working on these programs.
